崗位職責:崗位職責:Responsibilities:1.開展市場及需求調研,挖掘客戶需求,輸出調研方案Make market demand survey, dig customer needs and output survey proposal2.制定產品運營策劃方案,并制定線上、線下營銷推廣策略Prepare product operation and planning scheme, and make online and offline marketing promotion strategy3.關注行業的最新發展,提升產品的知名度,根據市場需求、用戶反饋和產品功能,提升用戶體驗,提高用戶活躍度和用戶轉化率Keep up to date with the latest developments within the industry, increase the brand awareness of the product, improve the user experience, activeness and conversion rate based on marketing demand, user feedback and product function4.定期針對運營、推廣效果進行跟蹤、評估,并提交運營、推廣效果的統計分析報表,及時提出改進措施,給出切實可行的改進方案Track and assess the operation and promotion effectiveness regularly, submit statistical analysis reports, propose improving measures and provide practical and feasible plans for improvement5.與醫院、學校、專業協會建立聯系,提高產品在專業領域中的曝光度,拓展產品的合作領域Network with hospitals, schools and professional associations, increase the visibility of product in professional field to expand collaborative areas 任職資格:Qualifications and Experience:1.本科及以上學歷,2年以上產品運營經驗或者線上、線下營銷推廣經驗Bachelor’s Degree or above, 2 years’ working experience in product operation or online, offline promotion2.有NGO、慈善、康復行業從業經驗者優先NGO, charity and rehabilitation field experience is preferred3.具備較強的創新與市場分析能力和解決問題能力Strong innovational and marketing analytical skill and problem-solving ability4.具備較強的公關、談判技能,計劃和組織能力
